Andreas Engesvikはノルウェーのベルゲン大学で美術史の学士を取得後、ノルウェーのオスロ国立芸術アカデミーでデザインを専攻。2000年にデザインの修士を取得、同年Norway Saysを設立。2009年、オスロで新スタジオAndreas Engesvikを設立。家具やテーブルウエアデザインから産業デザインまで幅広く手掛け、Iittala, Muuto, FontanaArte, Ligne Roset, Asplundなどをクライアントに持つ。2012年、スウェーデン、ストックホルムのKonstfack大学客員教授に任命された。

Andreas Engesvik has a BA in Art History from the University of Bergen Norway. Andreas went on to study design at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. He graduated in 2000 with a MA in Design, and founded Norway Says the same year. Andreas Engesvik went solo and founded his new studio Andreas Engesvik, Oslo in 2009. His studio is working in various fields of design ranging from furniture and tableware to industrial design for various international clients such as Iittala, Muuto, FontanaArte, Ligne Roset and Asplund. Andreas Engesvik was in 2012 appointed Guest Professor at The University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm, Sweden.
